Cory Wilhite MSN,CRNP,CME
I, Cory Wilhite finished my Advanced Nursing Degree at Carlow University in 2011 and stayed on as Adjunct faculty for the Nurse Practitioner Program. I have an extensive history in Critical Care and Emergency Room Nursing. Starting my Advanced Nursing Career in Family Medicine I worked in Urgent care and Emergency medicine prior to realizing my true passion, in Family Medicine.
Our services include promoting wellness and health along with Acute and Chronic Disease Management, minor procedures and CDL/DOT physicals. We are looking to offer our community and the surrounding areas with quality, individualized care for the entire family.

Dr. David Simmons
Doctor of Chiropractic & Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Simmons started his career in healthcare as a chiropractor in 2009 after graduating Cum Laude from Texas Chiropractic College. He was awarded the Omega Psi honors by the staff of Texas Chiropractic College for his high scholastic achievements. During his time at Texas
Chiropractic College, Dr. Simmons also completed a variety of additional trainings in soft tissue (myofascial release) treatment. After 7 years in practice, Dr. Simmons decided to expand his knowledge and attained a second bachelors, BSN, from Robert Morris University and then continued his education at Carlow University where he completed his family nurse practitioner degree. Dr. Simmons is an outstanding provider and can provide care in both physical and traditional medicine. He is one of the few providers in the Pittsburgh area with a dual license in both chiropractic and medicine.
As a former athlete and personal trainer, Dr. Simmons understands the need for comprehensive treatment and is passionate about delivering optimal care to help return patients back to their lifestyles as quickly as possible. When you visit the office you will receive a total evaluation of your needs and be treated accordingly through your choice of chiropractic care or medical treatment.

Rhiannon Hill
Rhiannon Hill is pleased to join Portersville Family Practice. She has over 8 years of experience as a CRNP in family practice. She is a 2001 diploma graduate of the former St. Francis Hospital where she was the recipient of The Paul Lynch Scholarship for acadamic excellence and The Fred Bruno Award. She received her undergraduate BSN degree from Waynesburg University in 2007. While continuing her education, she worked as a registered nurse. Rhiannon has over 15 years experience as a RN working telemetry, critical care, and trauma units. In 2015, she received her graduate degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA with a Master's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified. She has experience providing comprehensive, high quality care to families. This also includes a passion for well women's care including routine PAP testing and breast exams.
Rhiannon resides outside of New Castle, PA on her family farm with her husband, Shawn and three daughters, Rian, Maelee, and Harley. Outside of work and the farm life, she enjoys biking, swimming, gardening, and any chance to go camping with her family and friends.
